Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Define and make architectural decisions for scaling and automating outbound sales processes.
- Conduct research and experimentation in AI and NLP to drive innovation.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to define strategy and technical direction.
- Promote software engineering best practices and contribute to design and code reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience in backend or full stack software development.
- Proficiency in Node.js and Typescript, or strong experience with Java, C#, or Python.
- Strong experience in SaaS application development and cloud environments.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with natural language processing and large language models.
- Experience with embeddings and vector databases.
- Experience in fast-paced startup/scaleup environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
