Responsibilities
- Own AI powered features from design through deployment.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to define success metrics.
- Document domain knowledge and share insights with the team.
- Balance feature development, quality, and maintenance independently.
- Troubleshoot deployment pipelines for ML services and data.
- Use monitoring tools to triage alerts and participate in incident response.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for owned features and services.
- Champion the adoption of AI tools across the company.
Requirements
- 6+ years of industry experience in applied AI/ML and software engineering.
- Experience with GenAI products architecture and implementation.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML solutions for high-traffic applications.
- Understanding of foundation models and the open-source ecosystem.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Scala, Java, or SQL.
- High level of ownership and problem-solving ability.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
