Base Salary
$201k - $254k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for real-time inventory and shelf-stocking understanding across thousands of retail locations.
- Own the full machine learning lifecycle from problem framing and data exploration through training, evaluation, and production deployment.
- Collaborate with software engineers, computer vision engineers, data scientists, and product leads on new product innovation.
- Build and evolve Digital Twin Platform infrastructure, including retail-partner data ingestion and collection of novel inventory observations.
- Help define the technical direction of the modeling practice and independently drive high-impact technical work in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience developing and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Experience with large-scale data pipelines and structured and unstructured data at scale.
- Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure and familiarity with ML platform tooling for model training, versioning, and serving.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferred experience includes computer vision, inventory forecasting, demand sensing, spatial or temporal modeling, real-time inference, low-latency high-throughput model serving, retail or supply chain domains, and cross-functional project ownership.
