Responsibilities
- Spearhead the development of LLM agents and real-time anomaly detectors.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, and data science teams to identify opportunities and refine AI/ML requirements.
- Design, train, deploy, and operate large-scale AI applications for batch and streaming workloads.
- Mentor and inspire teammates to foster a collaborative and innovative environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of industry experience in applied AI/ML, with an MS or PhD in relevant fields.
- Strong programming skills in Python or Java and data engineering expertise.
- Proven mastery of modern AI/LLM workflows, including prompt engineering and fine-tuning.
- Hands-on experience with tools like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and scalable inference stacks.
- Demonstrated success in designing and monitoring production AI systems.
- Prior knowledge of AI/ML applications in the payments domain is highly desirable.
