Base Salary
$150k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable infrastructure for AI-powered research tools.
- Collaborate with the engineering team on the RAG pipeline to improve response quality and latency.
- Establish best practices for prompt engineering and model deployment.
- Monitor and optimize system performance and costs.
- Own the design and automation of evaluation pipelines for AI agent quality.
Requirements
- Quick, scrappy, and a builder with a fast-paced work ethic.
- Experience with backend agent behaviors and LLMs.
- Hands-on experience with RAG and agent architectures.
- Proven ability to build and scale products to thousands of users.
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment.
