Responsibilities
- Review requirements and acceptance criteria for testability and collaborate on testing strategies.
- Develop and document test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
- Build automated tests using Java, Selenium, and the Cucumber BDD framework.
- Support functional, regression, performance, and security testing for Salesforce applications.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD processes and perform parallel test executions.
- Participate in Scrum activities and verify end-user expectations during and after implementation.
- Report testing results and progress to the SQA Manager.
- Research and recommend improvements to testing tools and techniques.
- Document and report defects and coordinate their tracking and resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience as a QA Analyst.
- At least 2 years of experience testing Salesforce.
- Hands-on experience with Java-Selenium automation, the Cucumber BDD framework, and Salesforce functional testing.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies in a Scrum team environment.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Zephyr, and Xray for defect tracking and test management.
- Experience incorporating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Maven and Jenkins.
- Experience configuring and triggering pipelines with GitHub Actions.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Salesforce mobile testing experience is required; flexibility to work overtime or weekends may be needed.
- JMeter performance testing, Playwright with TypeScript, and AI tools such as CursorAI and BrowserStack are preferred or additional qualifications.
