Responsibilities
- Define and implement QA strategy aligned with product and organizational goals.
- Coordinate QA activities, triage calls, stakeholder meetings, and cross-functional testing across Foresight modules.
- Design, develop, maintain, and optimize automation frameworks using Playwright, Selenium, RestAssured, and Robot Framework.
- Prepare and maintain test plans, test cases, regression suites, reports, dashboards, and other QA artifacts.
- Execute and oversee functional, integration, API, end-to-end, performance, batch-job, data migration, upgrade readiness, and hotfix validation testing.
- Coordinate environment setup, test execution, regression cycles, release validation, and parallel testing across Dev, UAT, and production environments.
- Integrate automated regression and performance testing into CI/CD pipelines and support deployment verification.
- Track defect density, test coverage, execution reliability, automation ROI, risks, and dependencies.
- Conduct defect triage, prioritization, root cause analysis, peer reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide developer guides, reusable QA templates, coding-standard enforcement, and quality updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 4–7+ years of QA experience, including at least 3+ years in an automation-focused role.
- Experience testing enterprise-scale web applications, cloud platforms, and multi-application ecosystems.
- Strong experience with Playwright, Selenium WebDriver, RestAssured, and Robot Framework.
- Programming proficiency in Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Python.
- Experience with Page Object Model, BDD, and Cucumber.
- Experience with API testing using Bruno, Swagger, RestAssured, OData, REST/SOAP, and AIF/DMF.
- Experience with GitHub and Azure DevOps pipelines for automated regression and release validation.
- Awareness of JMeter, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, DataDog, and CloudWatch for performance monitoring and testing.
- Hands-on web application automation, advanced debugging, environment troubleshooting, regression testing, and upgrade-readiness validation experience.
- Experience with batch-job validation, workflow automation, performance tuning, data migration testing, large transactional datasets, hotfix validation, and cumulative-update compatibility testing.
- Ability to lead testing across multiple features, collaborate cross-functionally, manage stakeholders, analyze complex issues, and prepare clear test documentation and reports.
