Responsibilities
- Define and implement QA strategy aligned with product and organizational goals.
- Coordinate QA activities, triage calls, test planning, regression cycles, and cross-functional quality work across Foresight modules.
- Design, develop, maintain, and optimize automation frameworks using Playwright, Selenium, RestAssured, and Robot Framework.
- Prepare and maintain test plans, test cases, regression suites, reports, dashboards, and other QA artifacts.
- Ensure coverage for functional, integration, API, end-to-end, performance, and batch-job validation.
- Oversee defect triage, prioritization, root-cause analysis, environment setup, and test execution across Dev, UAT, and production releases.
- Define performance requirements and SLAs, monitor bottlenecks and test flakiness, and integrate performance regression testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Implement and maintain automated test execution pipelines in Azure DevOps and GitHub.
- Track quality KPIs including defect density, test coverage, execution reliability, and automation ROI.
- Support deployments, verification cycles, parallel release testing, upgrade-readiness testing, and hotfix validation.
Requirements
- 4–7+ years of QA experience, including at least 3+ years in an automation-focused role.
- Proven experience testing enterprise-scale web applications, cloud platforms, and multi-application ecosystems.
- Strong hands-on experience with Playwright, Selenium WebDriver, RestAssured, and Robot Framework.
- Programming experience with Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Python.
- Knowledge of Page Object Model, BDD, and Cucumber.
- Experience with API testing using Bruno, Swagger, RestAssured, OData, REST/SOAP, and AIF/DMF.
- Experience with GitHub and Azure DevOps pipelines, release management, and automated regression cycles.
- Exposure to JMeter, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, DataDog, and CloudWatch.
- Experience with web automation debugging, environment troubleshooting, regression testing, performance tuning, data migration testing, and validation of large transactional datasets.
- Ability to conduct peer reviews, enforce coding standards, prepare test-design documentation and developer guides, and communicate quality metrics to stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile and hybrid environments, cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement.
