Responsibilities
- Own the design and evolution of packaged or SaaS solutions, including configuration, integrations, and releases.
- Set platform standards for stability, performance, maintainability, and alignment with business and vendor constraints.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in Enterprise Architecture and provide strategic advisory support to leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Drive enterprise-wide architectural strategies, cross-team decisions, and consensus across stakeholders.
- Evaluate, adopt, and integrate emerging technologies, including AI-native stacks and cloud platforms.
- Design scalable solutions, knowledge base systems, and AI-led SDLC practices for enterprise use.
- Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of experience is required; the posting also specifies a minimum of 15 years in Enterprise Architecture Strategy.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Proven proficiency in Enterprise Architecture Strategy and scalable software architecture design.
- Hands-on experience with modern development frameworks and agile methodologies.
- Ability to analyze complex systems, develop strategic architectural solutions, and optimize system performance.
- Hands-on programming expertise in at least two to three languages, such as Java, Python, and C#.
- Experience with AI-native development using one or more large language models and AI-native stacks.
- Experience with knowledge base systems, AI-led SDLC practices, and AI-enabled solutioning.
- Expertise architecting, integrating, and optimizing enterprise solutions across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
