Base Salary

$80k - $100k/yr

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and test new features in the existing Member Web codebase.
Build full-stack web development expertise using React, Java, Ruby on Rails, and Postgres.
Validate design approaches with other team members and contribute to code reviews and team processes.
Write unit tests and support the automation team.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to improve the member experience.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.
Training or professional exposure in web development using React or another modern JavaScript framework, such as through a boot camp or internship.
Effective communication skills and a demonstrated interest in using technical skills to improve patient care.
Preferred experience includes React, TypeScript, Postgres or another relational database, Material-UI or another component library, Redux or Context API, Java, startup environments, healthcare technology, and remote or hybrid work environments.

Full-time, permanent employment.
Remote US work arrangement with collaboration across multiple time zones; hybrid work may also be applicable.
Travel may be required depending on company needs.
