Responsibilities
- Design and run enrichment waterfalls using tools like Clay, Apollo, and ZoomInfo.
- Build systems to detect buying signals and route them to the appropriate sales representatives.
- Own the architecture of Salesforce, including custom objects and automation.
- Implement AI tools to enhance outbound and customer success operations.
- Maintain a catalogue of workflows, ensuring quality and error handling.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in building GTM or RevOps infrastructure in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language such as Python or TypeScript.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce or HubSpot, including custom objects and automation.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools like Clay, n8n, or Zapier.
- Familiarity with modern data warehouses and reverse ETL tools.
