Responsibilities
- Design and implement deployment architecture for overseas game businesses.
- Maintain platform servers, online environments, backups, monitoring, alarms, and operational changes.
- Identify and resolve key service-operation issues, optimize service performance, and respond rapidly to online-environment incidents.
- Improve platform operations and maintenance tools for releases, monitoring, alarms, logs, traceability, and network optimization.
- Maintain game SLA indicators and provide operational support focused on efficiency, cost, quality, and security.
- Coordinate with domestic teams and stakeholders to implement solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes or other container orchestration solutions.
- Proficiency in AWS and GCP, including cloud load balancing, database services, network configuration, and storage management.
- Practical experience with CI/CD-to-IaC technology stacks, setup, deployment, resource management, and version releases.
- At least 3 years of experience in operations or development within the internet industry.
- Ability to devise actionable solutions, coordinate with stakeholders, and execute effectively.
- Gaming-industry or platform-type internet product experience is preferred.
