Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI solution architectures and strategies for client business problems.
- Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of complex end-to-end AI programs.
- Develop and maintain AI/ML roadmaps, perform Analysis of Alternatives, and make technical tradeoff decisions.
- Manage a portfolio of AI initiatives across varying maturity levels and advise Director- and Executive-level leadership on strategy.
- Design, build, and deploy Generative AI, AI Agent, LLM, Reinforcement Learning, and computer vision systems.
- Build and scale secure, compliant MLOps and CI/CD pipelines for highly regulated environments.
- Transform technical R&D outputs into governed, security-aligned enterprise offerings integrated with business workflows.
- Mentor or supervise employees and communicate complex AI concepts to senior leaders and operational stakeholders.
- Perform rapid prototyping and demonstrations while remaining hands-on with AI and cloud engineering.
- Support cybersecurity documentation and security control implementation for achieving and maintaining ATO.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience with data science, machine learning, deep learning, or AI, including leading end-to-end architecture, design, and delivery of complex AI programs.
- Experience managing AI/ML roadmaps, performing Analysis of Alternatives, and making defensible technical tradeoff decisions.
- Experience managing portfolios of AI initiatives and advising Director- and Executive-level leadership on CTO-aligned strategy.
- Experience designing, building, and deploying advanced AI systems, including Generative AI, AI Agents, LLMs, Reinforcement Learning, and computer vision models.
- Experience building and scaling secure, compliant MLOps and CI/CD pipelines and deploying solutions in highly regulated environments.
- Experience applying AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Helm, Linux, and AI services such as SageMaker, Vertex AI, Bedrock, or Gemini.
- Ability to communicate complex AI concepts clearly and provide actionable insights while remaining hands-on for prototyping and demos.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Data Science.
- Preferred experience with edge deployments, quantization, pruning, knowledge distillation, production MLOps, and ML workloads.
- Preferred experience working with cybersecurity teams on technical documentation and security control implementation required to achieve and maintain ATO.
