Base Salary
$158k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build scalable frontend experiences including websites, landing pages, growth funnels, campaign management platforms, and personalized customer journeys.
- Develop AI-native interfaces and workflows that help teams use AI-powered insights, automation, and intelligent decision-making.
- Own end-to-end delivery of complex frontend applications, including design, implementation, testing, deployment, and optimization.
- Improve web performance, SEO, accessibility, experimentation, feature flagging, and conversion through data-driven iteration.
- Partner with Product, Design, Marketing, Data Science, and Backend Engineering to solve ambiguous business problems.
- Improve frontend architecture and engineering quality through reusable components, code reviews, knowledge sharing, and mentoring.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional frontend engineering experience building and operating production web applications.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, frontend architecture, component design, state management, API integration, responsive design, accessibility, and performance optimization.
- Ability to independently design and deliver complex frontend solutions and own features through production.
- Experience with growth platforms, campaign management systems, content management systems, experimentation frameworks, or customer-facing conversion funnels is preferred.
- Experience with AI-powered applications or agentic user experiences, including interactive workflows, streaming responses, and human-in-the-loop interfaces, is preferred.
- Experience with A/B testing, feature flagging, analytics instrumentation, conversion optimization, Next.js, server-side rendering, static generation, design systems, and frontend build tooling is preferred.
- Experience with rapid prototyping, data-driven product validation, high-growth technology companies, fintech, payments, regulated environments, and mentoring engineers is preferred.
