Responsibilities
- Collaborate with technology engineering leaders and engineering leads to understand requirements and achieve business objectives.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and document software applications and reusable software components.
- Write clear, maintainable, secure, and testable code for customer-facing business needs.
- Conduct code reviews and use collaborative programming techniques to maintain software quality.
- Implement unit, integration, functional, performance, and automated testing.
- Diagnose and resolve critical software issues and optimize performance bottlenecks across the solution stack.
- Investigate development and design problems and propose effective solutions.
- Stay current with technologies, frameworks, and development trends and apply them to improve delivery.
Requirements
- Master's degree in computer science, or bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems, or an equivalent degree, plus 2+ years working with web technology stacks and web standards.
- At least 2 years of JavaScript experience and strong knowledge of client-side and server-side development.
- Experience with a component UI library, with Kendo UI strongly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with .NET/.NET 8 and ASP.NET MVC.
- Proficiency with SQL Server, including stored procedures, triggers, views, and functions.
- Experience using Python for scripting and data processing.
- Understanding of API integration patterns and experience with version control platforms such as GitHub or GitLab.
- At least 2 years of React.js experience building performant UI components with modern hooks and design patterns.
- Strong command of semantic HTML, modern CSS, CSS-in-JS, accessibility, SEO, and responsive design principles.
- Proficiency with Next.js, TypeScript, and GraphQL.
- Preferred experience includes backend development, third-party integrations, secure file transfer platforms such as GoAnywhere, and exposure to Treasury, corporate finance, banking, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
