Responsibilities

Design, build, and ship full-stack features using TypeScript, React, and Go.
Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, integrations, and workflows.
Scaffold and provision services using internal developer portal templates and platform self-service capabilities.
Build and maintain CI/CD workflows using shared pipeline foundations such as GitHub Actions.
Provision and manage infrastructure with Terraform and infrastructure-as-code practices.
Build agentic and AI product capabilities, including AI agents, MCP servers, and LLM-powered features.
Conduct constructive code reviews and mentor junior engineers.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
2–5 years of professional software development experience.
Proficiency in TypeScript and React with experience shipping production frontend code.
Professional experience with a compiled backend language; Go is strongly preferred.
Understanding of REST APIs, relational databases, and distributed systems fundamentals.
Comfort working in a DevOps and self-service model with ownership of building and operating services.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently on defined projects.
Preferred qualifications include ServiceNow development, GitHub Actions, Terraform, Backstage, agentic or AI workload development, MCP server and LLM integration experience, and AWS Bedrock experience.
