Responsibilities

  • Embed with corporate function teams to understand workflows and scope high-impact AI agent use cases.
  • Advise function leaders, present recommendations and trade-offs, and support adoption of AI solutions.
  • Design agent personas, roles, workflows, triggers, escalation paths, and human-in-the-loop rules.
  • Build and configure AI agents using LLMs, retrieval-augmented frameworks, orchestration tools, APIs, internal systems, data sources, and external services.
  • Develop prompt engineering, tool invocation, memory and context management, monitoring, testing, simulation, and safety strategies.
  • Prototype, demonstrate, deploy, monitor, version, and maintain agents in production environments.
  • Establish logs, metrics, dashboards, drift detection, lifecycle management, and performance monitoring.
  • Train Associates and create enablement materials, user guides, and change logs.
  • Implement governance, compliance, security, audit trails, output safety, and escalation protocols.
  • Track business value metrics and share reusable patterns and best practices across the enterprise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Analytics, AI, or a related technical field; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • 2–4+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML development, or automation, including at least one year working with LLMs and conversational AI.
  • Strong Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript programming skills with experience building production-ready applications.
  • Proficient SQL skills for querying, transforming, and joining complex enterprise datasets.
  • Working knowledge of LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration frameworks.
  • Experience with production scalability, reliability, monitoring, error handling, and performance optimization.
  • Understanding of responsible AI and hands-on experience implementing safety guardrails for sensitive business information.
  • Strong communication, presentation, consultative, and business-process discovery skills.
  • Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, function-calling patterns, Model Context Protocol, multi-agent architectures, MLOps, Workday, ServiceNow, and Docebo is preferred.
  • Experience with AWS services, Claude, Codex, GitHub, Spotify Backstage, Claude Code, or other agentic coding tools is preferred.
