Base Salary
$146k - $277k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as technical leader for a simulation software team and align efforts across engineering teams.
- Coordinate with Systems Engineers to develop, mature, and update software requirements.
- Identify and manage technical risks and dependencies to support program execution.
- Support risk and opportunity management, schedule adherence, cost control, and program deliverables.
- Contribute to the design and development of systems and software architecture for an aircraft Simulator Training System.
- Deploy, configure, and support CI/CD pipelines.
Requirements
- Typically requires a STEM degree and 10 years of relevant experience, or an advanced related degree and 7 years of experience.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies, including backlog management, Agile metrics, and Scrum ceremonies.
- Experience using and communicating programmatic Earned Value and serving as a Cost Account Manager.
- Active and transferable Secret U.S. government security clearance required before the start date.
- U.S. citizenship required because only U.S. citizens are eligible for the required security clearance.
- Preferred experience with CORE Simulation (CORESIM) architecture.
- Preferred experience with Ansible, Terraform, Python, Bash, PowerShell, RESTful APIs, Linux, and Windows.
