Responsibilities
- Establish and implement new or revised application systems and programs.
- Perform systems analysis, programming, feasibility studies, estimates, design, construction, testing, implementation, and user support.
- Serve as the technical authority for the Workday and SAP integration ecosystem.
- Ensure the operation and stability of more than 75 critical Human Capital and Payroll integrations.
- Coordinate monitoring, support, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex integration incidents.
- Manage impact analysis, changes, releases, and production deployments.
- Define technical integration standards and best practices.
- Coordinate external providers and multidisciplinary global teams.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory controls, audits, and security requirements.
- Maintain the ecosystem inventory and technical documentation.
- Identify operational risks and promote resilience and performance improvements.
- Advise and coach newer or lower-level analysts and serve as a subject-matter expert to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience.
- At least 4 years of experience in technology.
- At least 2 years of experience integrating enterprise applications.
- At least 1 year in technical leadership, application management, or technical lead roles.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience is recommended.
- Experience administering complex ecosystems of critical integrations.
- Solid knowledge of Workday Integrations, including EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, APIs, and Web Services.
- Knowledge of SAP integrations, including EC, ECP, CPI/PI, IDocs, and RFCs.
- Experience monitoring, supporting, and troubleshooting integrations.
- Experience managing changes, releases, and production environments.
- Experience with systems analysis and application programming.
- Experience managing and implementing successful projects.
- Working knowledge of consulting and project management techniques and methods.
- Experience with Human Capital and Payroll processes, regulated environments, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines and changing requirements, exercise independent judgment, and communicate with stakeholders.
