Responsibilities
- Design and develop highly available, reliable, scalable SaaS and cloud-based software solutions.
- Build, test, and deliver Java microservices and micro-frontend systems.
- Implement secure APIs, service communication, authentication, authorization, and enterprise integrations.
- Design application features, domain-driven architectures, database persistence layers, and customer-focused solutions.
- Lead code reviews, architecture discussions, technical innovation, and software modernization efforts.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and improve build and delivery systems.
- Use containerization, orchestration, observability, caching, logging, and performance-testing practices to improve scalability and resilience.
- Participate in incident management, on-call procedures, issue triage, and customer or internal-user support.
- Mentor development teams and contribute as a Product Owner or Scrum Master when needed.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of professional experience is required.
- The detailed qualifications request 8–10+ years of experience in application design, development, and delivery.
- B.S. in Computer Science or Software Engineering, BTECH, or equivalent education and experience.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Hibernate, and Spring JPA.
- Practical experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and AWS.
- Experience with Oracle DB, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Aurora, Snowflake, JVM tuning, HazelCast, and Datadog.
- Experience with JUnit, Mockito, SonarQube, Log4j or Logback, Snyk, Rapid7, KICS, Postman, and Fiddler.
- Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices, including GitHub Actions, Docker, Helm, and Argo CD.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, ERP technical integrations, and Oracle Fusion AI Studio is preferred.
- Understanding of generative AI, prompt engineering, guardrails, RAG, and semantic search is preferred.
- Ability to communicate clearly, work with urgency, make decisions, own outcomes, and collaborate in Agile teams.
