Responsibilities
- Design, manage, optimize, and further develop SAP Transportation Management processes integrated with the SAP S/4HANA system landscape.
- Provide hands-on technical expertise including ABAP debugging, BADI, User Exit, enhancement framework, and Fiori work.
- Support integration between the core SAP landscape, third-party systems, and internal applications such as OMP Shopfloor execution.
- Participate in SAP rollout projects, including project management support, data migration planning, and cutover execution.
- Collaborate with business counterparts, process owners, and key users to design and implement business solutions.
- Provide technical support, resolve unexpected issues, and roll out solutions across locations.
- Lead tasks and small projects across hierarchical levels and contribute to cross-team IT initiatives.
Requirements
- Over five years of experience in SAP consulting, specifically in SAP Transportation Management.
- Deep expertise in SAP TM requirements, solution design, and configuration or control options for purchasing and warehouse processes.
- Strong technical knowledge including ABAP debugging, BADIs, User Exits, the Enhancement Framework, and Fiori.
- Understanding of SAP ERP internal logistics processes, including Material and Warehouse Management; MES experience is highly valued.
- Experience designing lean, effective, scalable, and sustainable manufacturing and internal logistics supply-chain processes.
- Strong English communication skills and a reliable, hands-on, solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively, lead tasks and small projects, and support business and IT stakeholders.
- A university degree in business, economics, IT, or a related field is advantageous; higher technical school education and relevant work experience are also considered.
- Flexibility for occasional travel.
