Responsibilities

  • Build workflows for vendor task creation, iteration, submission, and acceptance into training.
  • Create tools for inspecting and comparing rollouts, transcripts, grader outputs, and task-quality signals.
  • Develop environment-health, failure-search, versioning, and catalog experiences for training data.
  • Build self-serve task-authoring interfaces with inline quality checks.
  • Establish and apply a shared component kit and durable product and engineering conventions.
  • Own product systems end to end from user interface through storage or services.

Requirements

  • Experience shipping full-stack products using technologies such as TypeScript, React, Node, Python, or Go.
  • Experience building dense, data-facing tools such as transcript viewers, diffing systems, review queues, observability products, or operational dashboards.
  • Experience building or maintaining a design system or component library.
  • Experience designing review, QA, moderation, fraud, or acceptance workflows where users may try to bypass checks.
  • Strong attention to data quality and willingness to inspect raw data.
  • Experience with evaluations, graders, reinforcement learning, or data-quality systems is helpful but not required.
  • Ability to work under ambiguity and collaborate with researchers and domain experts.
