Base Salary
$140k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build frontend and backend features, and occasionally mobile features, that help creators take advantage of sponsorship opportunities.
- Own work autonomously from product concept and research through implementation and deployment.
- Collaborate with designers, writers, support staff, leadership, and sponsorship partners to develop new products and experiences.
- Contribute ideas to product direction and work broadly across the technology stack.
Requirements
- At least 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- Ability to work independently and autonomously while taking ownership of work.
- High standards for production systems and a focus on elegant, delightful product experiences.
- Enjoyment of collaboration with a diverse group of thinkers and ability to bring unique experience and perspective.
- Experience with TypeScript, Node/Express, React, and Postgres is helpful, with willingness to learn if needed.
- Experience working with ML technology is beneficial.
- Experience at a fast-growing startup or on a high-performing growth team is a plus but not required.
