Responsibilities
- Write high-quality, well-documented, tested software and incorporate team feedback.
- Use existing tools and processes to solve familiar problems and escalate complex challenges when needed.
- Contribute input to technical design discussions and solutions.
- Develop AI fluency and use AI to improve productivity.
- Implement tactical subtasks related to the lifetime of a Google Account under the guidance of senior engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least one year of software development experience in one or more programming languages.
- At least one year of full stack development experience across backend codebases and frontend technologies.
- At least one year of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred: full stack development experience, familiarity with AI tooling or willingness to learn it, adaptability to different project types, ability to work independently and collaboratively, and excellent communication skills.

- Germany base salary of €86000–€88000, plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
