Base Salary
$123k - $184k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, evaluate, and deploy AI and Generative AI solutions for network optimization, Digital Twin technologies, and other AI-driven products.
- Deliver AI-enabled software products and features from concept through production deployment.
- Translate business and customer requirements into practical AI-enabled solutions with engineering, product, and domain teams.
- Communicate technical concepts, project status, and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Apply scalable, maintainable, and high-quality software engineering and AI development practices.
- Monitor emerging AI technologies, trends, and best practices for application across Nimbus initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Working knowledge of modern AI/ML concepts, including model development, evaluation, deployment, and operationalization.
- Experience delivering AI-enabled software products or features through production deployment.
- Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks, knowledge management systems, and LLM-based applications.
- Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred: 1+ years of hands-on experience developing, fine-tuning, or deploying AI/ML models.
- Preferred: M.S. or Ph.D. in a relevant technical discipline.
- Preferred: experience with cloud-based AI platforms, MLOps, data engineering, or large-scale data processing systems.
- Preferred: familiarity with telecommunications, wireless networking, Digital Twin technologies, network automation, or intelligent network-management systems.
- Preferred: experience with Generative AI, agentic systems, multi-agent frameworks, LLM applications, or AI-assisted software development.
