Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and debug AI agents and integrations within live enterprise tenant environments.
- Lead technical discovery sessions and translate customer requirements into product configurations, proofs of concept, and integration specifications.
- Troubleshoot complex customer workflows, live data issues, and custom software integrations.
- Capture field telemetry, edge-case failures, and customer friction to influence product roadmaps and engineering backlogs.
- Convert recurring deployment challenges and custom fixes into standardized, automated product capabilities.
- Collaborate with AI Deployment Architects, Product Managers, Workday Services leads, and Account Teams through kickoff-to-graduation engagement milestones.
- Enable customer ownership within standard six-month deployment cycles.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, or Software Development.
- Hands-on coding and debugging skills using Python, Java, or similar languages.
- Understanding of object-oriented design, system architecture, REST APIs, and integration patterns.
- Experience working directly with enterprise clients on complex software deployments, live data troubleshooting, and custom workflow integration.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% to customer sites.
