Responsibilities
- Develop and port peripheral and graphics drivers for embedded operating systems.
- Create software layers and demo or test applications for embedded platforms.
- Quickly learn and work with i.MX ARM architecture, QNX, Green Hills Integrity, and Android Automotive.
- Contribute to test development and automation without being part of a dedicated testing team.
- Study technical documentation and create and maintain high-quality technical documentation.
- Collaborate with the team on tasks of varying complexity and stay current with embedded development concepts, tools, and practices.
Requirements
- Be an ongoing university student or recent graduate in Electrical Engineering, Informatics, Computer Science, or a similar field.
- Have interest or experience in embedded C/C++ software development.
- Familiarity with Linux and distributed version control systems such as Git is advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of ARM processors or NXP i.MX architecture is a plus.
- Be willing to work with QNX Momentics Studio, Green Hills MULTI, and embedded development kits.
- Have good written English; strong spoken English is a plus.
- Have a valid visa and work permit to work in the Czech Republic at the application stage.
