Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end ServiceNow architecture for telecom and network inventory solutions.
- Design scalable solutions using CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and TSOM/TNI.
- Lead implementation of ITSM, ITOM, and telecom modules.
- Model telecom and network services, including L1/L2/L3 services, circuits, and devices.
- Architect integrations with NMS, EMS, and OSS/BSS systems.
- Ensure CMDB data quality, governance, and reconciliation.
- Mentor teams, drive best practices, and optimize platform performance and scalability.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture, development, and telecom modules.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB.
- Experience with ServiceNow TNI, Service Mapping, and Discovery.
- Knowledge of network infrastructure and the telecom lifecycle.
- Integration expertise with REST, SOAP, and MID Server.
- Experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, and Flow Designer.
- ServiceNow CSA certification and a minimum of two CIS certifications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and mentoring abilities.
- Telecom certifications are good to have; CTA is preferred.
