Responsibilities
- Lead the technical architecture for multiple concurrent GRC initiatives and design end-to-end solutions across GRC functions.
- Translate Risk and Compliance stakeholder requirements into actionable technology-based solutions.
- Guide development teams and technical resources through GRC platform configuration and deployment.
- Provide subject matter expertise on GRC frameworks, RCSA, Issue Management, Compliance Risk Assessments, enabling technologies, and industry practices.
- Conduct architecture and design reviews, resolve complex technical decisions, mentor teammates, and maintain architecture diagrams and technical documentation.
- Oversee the technical vision, delivery quality, security, sustainability, timelines, scope, and resources for GRC projects alongside project managers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of overall experience, or a high school diploma/GED and 12+ years of overall experience, with equivalent leadership program experience noted as an alternative.
- At least five years of hands-on advanced configuration or development experience with GRC platforms including ServiceNow IRM, Archer, or SAI360.
- At least five years of experience designing and delivering end-to-end GRC solutions on ServiceNow, Archer, or SAI360, including target-state architecture, standards, and non-functional requirements.
- Deep knowledge of GRC concepts and processes, including RCSA, Issue Management, and Compliance Risk Assessments.
- Ability to assess business needs, evaluate risk and control impacts, identify trade-offs, and design scalable solutions.
- Proficiency in complex systems design, cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, and enterprise integration through APIs and data pipelines.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
