Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance custom software solutions and application components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
- Maintain and update software components for functionality, performance, scalability, and security.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Work independently, become a subject matter expert, and contribute to team discussions and solutions.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Workday Core Compensation.
- Proficiency in Workday Core Compensation.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience designing scalable and maintainable software components.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Familiarity with integrating custom solutions into enterprise systems.
- 15 years of full-time education.
