Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain RPA workflows using Power Automate Desktop.
- Build attended and unattended automation for desktop, web, legacy, and enterprise applications.
- Integrate Power Automate Desktop flows with Power Automate Cloud flows for end-to-end automation.
- Use UI automation, image recognition, and OCR for complex application interactions.
- Automate tasks involving Excel, Outlook, SAP, browser-based applications, and other enterprise systems.
- Configure triggers, schedules, error handling, gateways, and machine groups; monitor performance and troubleshoot failures.
- Document workflows, technical designs, and support procedures while collaborating with analysts, IT teams, and end users.
- Provide ongoing support, maintenance, enhancements, governance, and security compliance for deployed bots.
- Lead automation development teams and perform code reviews.
Requirements
- 3–9 years of experience.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate Desktop, Power Platform tools, and desktop and web application automation.
- Experience leading automation development teams and conducting code reviews.
- Strong technical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, Copilot, Copilot Studio, ALM, and CI/CD is required or expected based on the listed core skills.
- PL-500 certification is preferred.
