Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions.
- Design and support HCM Extracts, BI Publisher reports, OTBI reports, HDL/HSDL loads, and Fast Formulas.
- Build and maintain inbound and outbound integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud, REST APIs, SOAP services, and file-based interfaces.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and collaborate with functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Oracle HCM application, integration, and production support issues.
- Perform data conversion, reconciliation, and validation activities.
- Support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates, regression testing, deployments, upgrades, migrations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare technical design and support documentation while maintaining security, audit, and organizational standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud technical development and support.
- Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI Reporting, HDL/HSDL, Fast Formulas, Oracle Integration Cloud, REST APIs, and SOAP APIs.
- Experience supporting Oracle HCM modules such as Payroll or Core HR.
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
- Experience troubleshooting integration and production support issues.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, independent work, and collaboration skills.
