Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, maintain, and enhance software applications for business processes and application requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements and align applications with business and user needs.
- Document application designs, configurations, and updates for knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Debug, test, optimize, and improve application performance, usability, and scalability.
- Work independently, contribute to team discussions and solutions, and provide guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Python development.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle practices and the ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Experience with debugging, testing, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Microsoft SQL Server and React.js experience are preferred.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
