Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and maintain custom software components across systems and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
- Debug and troubleshoot complex software issues and improve application functionality and performance.
- Contribute solutions to work-related problems and participate actively in team discussions.
- Work independently toward subject matter expertise and provide guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with IBM AS/400 RPG III is required.
- Proficiency in IBM AS/400 RPG III is mandatory.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience with debugging, troubleshooting, database management, and integration techniques.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code and communicate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
