Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain ACI Connex applications.
- Design and implement payment transaction workflows and interfaces.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Support enhancements, bug fixes, production issues, and performance troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and testing teams.
- Participate in code reviews and follow development standards.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and deployment support.
Requirements
- Require 3-6 years of experience in ACI Connex development.
- Require strong knowledge of payment processing systems and transaction switching.
- Require hands-on experience with Connex scripts, interfaces, and message formats.
- Require understanding of ISO 8583, card payments, ATM/POS transaction processing, and acquiring and issuing systems.
- Require experience in development, support, and production troubleshooting.
- Require knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
- Require a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Prefer exposure to banking and financial services projects.
- Prefer familiarity with payment networks such as Visa, Mastercard, NPCI, or similar ecosystems.
- Require strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
