Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, maintain, and enhance high-performance Java applications and scalable enterprise services.
- Build and consume REST APIs and web services using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and development teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards and software development best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues while optimizing application performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Contribute to CI/CD processes, deployment activities, technical documentation, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in Java development.
- Strong hands-on Java development experience with expertise in Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
- Experience developing and consuming REST APIs or web services.
- Experience with Maven, Git, SQL, and relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills, with familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Preferred experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, large-scale enterprise applications, or banking and financial services.
