Responsibilities
- Monitor, maintain, and support .NET applications in production.
- Troubleshoot application and database issues, resolve incidents, and minimize business impact.
- Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions while maintaining data integrity and availability.
- Coordinate patches, updates, and new releases with development teams.
- Document incidents, resolutions, root cause analyses, application configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Support end users, answer application-related questions, and conduct user training as needed.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and process improvements, and implement preventive measures and best practices.
- Communicate with stakeholders, executive team members, clients, and development teams to clarify expectations and streamline solutions.
- Maintain and expand technical knowledge across full-stack web architecture, microservices, and distributed solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Extensive knowledge of web-based architecture, microservices, and distributed solutions.
- Experience with .NET Framework, .NET Core 6.0+, MVC 5, C#, ASP.NET, Web API, React, Redux, JSON, jQuery, ORMs, messaging and streaming brokers, and Microsoft SQL Server 2016+.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to validate, verify, communicate, and resolve application issues.
- Experience supporting and maintaining high-volume transactional systems is preferred.
- Experience with Azure, Databricks, support services, and US healthcare insurance is preferred.
- Ability to work with onshore stakeholders, executive team members, clients, and development teams.
