Responsibilities
- Understand business requirements and align them with the overall global solution design.
- Own end-to-end feature development and maintenance, including estimation, coding, validation, testing, and production deployment.
- Follow source-driven and test-driven development best practices.
- Develop and execute unit and integration tests and testing scenarios.
- Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement resolutions.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional technology teams in an enterprise Agile/Safe and scrum environment.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience as a Java full-stack engineer.
- Experience with Postgres and knowledge of C++.
- Experience developing unit and integration test cases.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, testing strategies, and workflow automation tools.
- Good exposure to AI tools in a development environment.
- Working knowledge of version control tools, preferably GitHub.
- Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix environments, commands, and shell scripting.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, TFS, Jira, and Confluence.
- Experience with object-oriented programming, especially Java.
- Experience with Atlassian tools, testing tools, and test automation.
- Strong technical problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
