Responsibilities
- Design, code, maintain, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Develop scalable, high-performing solutions using ServiceNow App Engine.
- Implement integrations and API development within ServiceNow environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while improving software performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver software solutions.
- Document development processes and solutions for team knowledge sharing.
- Participate independently in team discussions, contribute solutions to work-related problems, and become a subject matter expert.
- Guide and support junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience with ServiceNow App Engine.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow App Engine.
- Experience with ServiceNow and ServiceNow IT Service Management is preferred.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable software components.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and API development within ServiceNow environments.
