Responsibilities
- Analyse team processes and prioritise workflows where AI can reduce cost, time, or rework.
- Build, debug, deploy, and iterate production-grade agentic workflows connecting LLMs, internal APIs, case-management tools, MCPs, Claude skills, plugins, n8n automations, and internal systems.
- Train users through hands-on sessions, documentation, and coaching of AI champions.
- Track weekly active AI users and team impact, intervene when usage declines, and continuously improve automations.
- Maintain an AI playbook with reusable patterns, skills, and templates.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to prioritise future opportunities and define success measures.
Requirements
- Experience deploying AI tools in real business environments where downtime, errors, or rework have meaningful costs.
- Hands-on experience with Claude, Cursor, n8n, Zapier, or similar tools in a business context.
- Technical fluency with low-code/no-code tools, APIs, MCPs, integrations, SQL, and BI tooling.
- 2–5 years of experience in product operations, operations, strategy, technical programme management, internal consulting, or a similar hands-on role.
- Strong communication skills, including workshop facilitation, documentation, and translating technical concepts for varied audiences.
- Ability to diagnose ambiguous problems, prioritise effectively, and ship a working first version quickly.
- High ownership and ability to work independently.
