Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of complex, scalable backend services and APIs.
- Take end-to-end ownership of major product initiatives, coordinating delivery across teams.
- Establish and drive best practices for code quality, testing strategies, and CI/CD processes.
- Analyze and debug intricate challenges to ensure long-term system reliability.
- Manage risks and coordinate dependencies between multiple teams for seamless feature delivery.
- Implement preventive measures and high-performance solutions to address scalability bottlenecks.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in large-scale backend development with a strong emphasis on Java.
- Proven experience in mentoring engineers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for debugging complex technical issues.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with building scalable microservices architectures.
- Advantageous experience with infrastructure as code and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills for articulating technical ideas and collaborating effectively.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
