Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Scala and Java/Spring Boot.
- Optimize performance, cost, and reliability of services in production.
- Drive innovation in semantic layers, query optimizations, and analytics capabilities.
- Collaborate with product, UX, and frontend teams to deliver features from inception to production.
- Mentor junior engineers to enhance the team's technical capabilities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in backend development focused on tech-driven solutions.
- Experience with microservices architecture using AWS, Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, and SQS.
- Technical proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
- Strong communication skills and ability to solve complex problems.
- Self-driven approach to exploring new technologies and driving innovation.
