Responsibilities
- Design, build, and evolve the core backend and frontend of the platform.
- Develop AI-powered features using multi-agent architectures and LLM integrations.
- Technically own problem domains and facilitate the design and launch of microservices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and product teams.
- Work with leadership to identify and execute long-term vision.
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert in the domain under ownership.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in software development.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in frontend development using Angular, TypeScript, and React.
- Experience with Spring Framework and Hibernate or similar ORM technologies.
- Strong programming skills and understanding of computer science fundamentals.
- Familiarity with agentic AI systems and AI coding tools is a strong plus.
- Deep understanding of microservices and event-driven architectures.
- Demonstrated ownership through shipping production-quality code.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Experience working at scale and with AWS or distributed systems is a plus.
