Responsibilities
- Design, build, and evolve scalable and reliable frontend and backend platform features.
- Build AI-powered features using multi-agent architectures and LLM integrations for intelligent conversational experiences.
- Own the design, development, and launch of key microservices within a problem domain.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to deliver cross-domain features.
- Work with leadership to identify, plan, and execute the long-term product vision.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for the owned domain.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software development experience.
- At least 2 years of frontend development experience using Angular, TypeScript, and React.
- Experience with Spring Framework and Hibernate or similar ORM technologies.
- Strong programming skills and computer science fundamentals.
- Experience with agentic AI systems, LangChain, agent frameworks, and prompt engineering is preferred.
- Experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code and Copilot is preferred.
- Deep understanding of microservices and event-driven architectures.
- Experience shipping production-quality code with testing, monitoring, and documentation.
- Experience working at scale and familiarity with AWS or distributed systems is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, ownership, and adaptability skills.
