Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain core platform services and tools in Node.js and TypeScript.
- Architect and implement solutions on edge computing platforms to enhance performance and security.
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient code deployment.
- Optimize cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code principles.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for system performance and reliability.
- Automate manual processes to enhance engineering team velocity.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to software engineering teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience focused on backend services.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript.
- Proven experience with edge computing platforms like Cloudflare Workers.
- Deep experience with cloud-native tools such as Kubernetes and Terraform.
- Experience with major Cloud platforms like Google Cloud or AWS.
- Expertise in designing CI/CD solutions.
- Experience with CDNs and proxy technologies.
