Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Architect and build reliable integrations across the GTM stack.
- Identify and eliminate manual work by designing scalable automation.
- Contribute to AI-powered GTM initiatives and intelligent automation.
- Own data pipeline health and ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business priorities into system designs.
- Document systems, processes, and architectural decisions.
- Design human-in-the-loop workflows balancing AI automation with operational quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of integration and automation experience with complex SaaS ecosystems.
- Strong data fluency and ability to write SQL confidently.
- Familiarity with Sales, Marketing, and CX tooling.
- Experience building AI-assisted operational workflows or strong systems engineering fundamentals.
- Systems thinking with a focus on scalability and maintainability.
- Clear communication skills for translating technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive ownership in problem-solving and driving solutions.
- Scripting and development fluency in languages like Python, Ruby, or Java.
- Experience with Salesforce at the admin or configuration level.
