Base Salary

$125k - $229k/yr

Responsibilities

Design and deploy agentic systems integrating LLMs with enterprise data, tools, and workflows
Develop RAG applications using Azure AI Search, vector databases, and secure enterprise connectors
Build and deploy agents with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Anthropic Claude, and similar platforms
Build and iterate on conversational agents that address stakeholder needs and deliver measurable business value
Collaborate across teams to align technical solutions with business goals and lead through ambiguity
Improve quality and performance through automated testing, monitoring, and data-driven evaluation of success criteria, adoption, and operational efficiency
Mentor teammates and contribute to technical excellence, innovation, and continuous learning

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a relevant engineering-related field, or equivalent experience
8–10+ years of software engineering experience, including 1–2+ years working on AI-powered systems or products
Proficiency in Python and comfort with C#, SQL, or TypeScript/React
Foundational knowledge of or hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, and prompt engineering using LLM APIs
Experience productionizing applications and implementing CI/CD pipelines for reliable, scalable deployments
Experience with data ingestion and transformation using APIs, ETL pipelines, connectors, vector databases, and retrieval strategies
Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences and collaborate cross-functionally
Ability to learn quickly and solve complex problems creatively and pragmatically
