Base Salary
$125k - $229k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy intelligent agentic systems integrating large language models with enterprise data.
- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation applications to deliver contextual insights.
- Build and deploy agents using platforms like Microsoft Copilot and Anthropic Claude.
- Create conversational agents that solve real-world problems and deliver business value.
- Collaborate across teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Drive quality and performance through automated testing and data-driven evaluations.
- Mentor teammates and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- 8-10+ years of software engineering experience, including 1-2+ years in AI-powered systems.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with languages like C#, SQL, or TypeScript/React.
- Excitement about AI enablement and helping teams adopt AI platforms.
- Foundational knowledge of LLM orchestration frameworks and prompt engineering.
- Experience in productionizing applications and implementing CI/CD pipelines.
- Skilled in data ingestion and transformation using APIs and ETL pipelines.
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to learn quickly and solve complex problems creatively.
