Base Salary
$215k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build agentic workflows using Claude, MCP connectors, and API integrations for partner applications, onboarding, deal registration, certification tracking, communications, and reporting.
- Integrate workflows with partner portals, CRM, enablement, finance, and database systems while reading from and writing to systems of record.
- Convert recurring manual work into tested, monitored automations with guardrails, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, and operational documentation.
- Own production reliability, including error handling, edge cases, escalation paths, and updates when partner processes change.
- Prototype workflows with partner managers and deliver working versions quickly.
- Establish reusable skills, prompts, connectors, and playbooks and teach the broader team to self-serve on simple workflows.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building with LLMs and agentic tooling, including prompt and workflow design, tool or function calling, MCP or comparable integration frameworks, and agent-output evaluation.
- Experience integrating APIs and business systems such as CRMs, partner portals, LMS or certification platforms, spreadsheet-based tools, Slack, and email.
- Ability to script integrations in Python or JavaScript.
- Strong judgment around automation risk, human checkpoints, graceful failure, and escalation paths.
- Ability to redesign messy manual workflows around their actual bottlenecks.
- Clear written communication and documentation skills.
- Preferred: 5+ years in operations engineering, solutions engineering, business systems, RevOps, or a similar build-heavy role.
- Preferred: partner or channel operations experience, including deal registration, MDF or co-sell programs, partner tiering, or certification pipelines.
- Preferred: experience shipping internal AI tools or automations that remain in production.
- Preferred: familiarity with the Claude API, Claude Code, or agent frameworks; custom MCP server experience is a plus.
- A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience in a relevant field.
