Responsibilities
- Own enterprise product surfaces through discovery, specification, design, implementation, QA, release, adoption, and iteration.
- Build production code across toolkits, SDKs, authentication and scope flows, administrative surfaces, deployment tooling, and customer-facing enterprise features.
- Turn large enterprise APIs into agent-usable tool surfaces with appropriate granularity, composite tools, descriptions, scopes, authentication, and evaluations.
- Productize repeated FDE work into self-service patching, QA harnesses, deployment paths, admin controls, documentation, and guardrails.
- Create repeatable deployment experiences across hosted, VPC, on-premises, regulated, and BYOK environments.
- Collaborate with FDE, enterprise customers, and core engineering to convert field pain into product requirements and shipped primitives.
- Build evaluations and QA loops that validate reliable enterprise workflows.
- Write specifications, documentation, launch notes, and customer-facing updates.
Requirements
- Product-minded engineering ability to turn ambiguous enterprise workflows into clean products and shipped code.
- Experience with enterprise integrations, including OAuth, consent, scopes, service accounts, webhooks, rate limits, and unusual API behavior.
- Ability to own a customer or product surface from initial discovery through live usage.
- Experience building with or for language models, with familiarity and opinions around agents, MCP, evals, and tool selection.
- Strong systems judgment around rollout and rollback paths, security exposure, version skew, and maintainability.
- Clear technical writing skills for specifications, documentation, and customer updates.
- Python production experience is optional, with TypeScript familiarity a plus.
- Background in API platforms, iPaaS, developer tools, infrastructure, or integration-heavy products is optional.
- Prior FDE, solutions architect, sales engineer, or enterprise product engineering experience is optional.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, Temporal, Postgres, Replicated, cloud secret managers, or packaged self-hosted delivery is optional.
- Security and compliance exposure, including SOC 2, Vanta-style programs, questionnaires, CVE triage, or RCAs, is optional.
