Responsibilities
- Design and deliver production-grade AI agents that are mission-critical for Sierra's growth.
- Drive the Agent Development Life Cycle from initial pilot through deployment and iteration.
- Partner with large enterprises and startups to build AI agents that address pressing business challenges.
- Guide the evolution of Sierra's core platform based on customer interactions and needs.
- Experiment with the latest voice models and integrate them at scale.
Requirements
- Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills in fast-changing environments.
- A builder's mindset with high agency to overcome obstacles.
- Comfort working directly with customers to solve real-world problems.
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
