Base Salary
$180k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own full-stack features and projects end-to-end from design through production deployment.
- Develop reliable backend services in TypeScript and Python.
- Work with distributed systems, data pipelines, and AI/ML infrastructure.
- Integrate LLMs, vector databases, and agentic frameworks to power intelligent workflows.
- Ship through rapid experimentation loops while maintaining quality and reliability.
- Collaborate with product, forward-deployed engineers, data scientists, applied AI teams, and customers to create scalable production solutions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of full-time software engineering experience.
- Solid full-stack fundamentals and production ownership of shipped features.
- Familiarity with LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, or modern AI data products and tools.
- Exposure to distributed systems and cloud-based architectures.
- Strong product intuition, customer empathy, ownership, and comfort collaborating across engineering, product, data science, and applied AI.
- Ability to work entrepreneurially and adapt across the stack in an ambiguous 0→1 environment.
