Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and enhance financial applications and integrations supporting revenue accounting, billing, accounts receivable, payments, settlements, and reconciliation.
- Translate business and accounting needs into functional requirements, technical requirements, user stories, solution designs, and implementation plans.
- Build and maintain system configurations, integrations, automation, and data-processing solutions within revenue and settlement platforms.
- Use SQL and large datasets for financial analysis, reconciliation, validation, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
- Create AI-enabled agents, skills, and automated workflows for business onboarding, requirements analysis, validation, and financial operations.
- Lead or support integration testing, UAT, production deployment, post-production validation, and production issue resolution.
- Support month-end close, financial controls, reconciliations, audits, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Drive complex cross-functional financial systems enhancements from requirements through production rollout and provide functional and technical expertise to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience developing, implementing, configuring, analyzing, or supporting enterprise applications and financial systems.
- Strong experience with financial systems, accounting systems, ERP platforms, or revenue and settlement applications.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large and complex datasets.
- Understanding of revenue, accounts receivable, billing, payments, settlements, reconciliation, financial reporting, month-end close, and financial controls.
- Experience with application integrations, system configurations, data flows, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to build agents, skills, or automated workflows for business and operational processes.
- Ability to translate complex business and accounting requirements into scalable technical and functional solutions.
- Experience driving complex cross-functional projects and system enhancements through completion.
- Proficiency in Excel and other data-analysis tools, with strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with Oracle, SAP, APIs, data pipelines, enterprise application architecture, high-volume transaction processing, accounting automation, subledger or general ledger systems, and regulated audit or compliance environments.
- A master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
